Based in London, she advises FinTechs, InsurTechs and enterprise software companies on US and international M&A and capital raising transactions.

Nicky’s global FinTech network includes over 1,500 investors including VCs, PEs, CVCs, Corporates and family offices and she is passionate about ESG investment.

She is also Co-Founder of the FinTech50 – launched in 2013 the list identifies the game-changers transforming financial services and has included big names such as Revolut, Funding Circle, Klarna, iZettle, Tink and Mosaic Smart Data. The annual list is selected from over 2,000 plus companies by an International panel and some of the biggest names in FinTech.
